From complex emotional, legal and financial issues to everyday work life needs, employees get the assistance they need 24/7, 365 days a year through a call line staffed by highly qualified clinicians. ComPsych also offers resources to employers free of charge including HR advice online at www.guidanceresources.com and a Management Initiated Referral Service as well as access to hundreds of workplace seminars, trainings and developmental workshops for a discounted fee.
