MyPharmacy Plus
For round-the-clock pharmacy convenience, try MyPharmacyPlus.  MyPharmacyPlus is an online pharmacy for Premera members offered by Medco Health. It's fast and easy to use the personalized services at MyPharmacyPlus. Registered members can:

  • Refill and renew prescriptions.
  • View up to 18 months of prescription history.
  • Review pharmacy benefit plan highlights.
  • Compare prescription coverage and pricing.

Mail Order Home Delivery Service

Enjoy the convenience of home delivery – have your prescriptions mailed directly to you and save money on co-pays. Home delivery is recommended for members on long-term medications.

With Mail Order home delivery, you can get up to a 90 day* supply of medication for two co-pays. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Prescriptions are delivered to your home in sealed, tamper-evident, discreetly labeled packaging. You pay no packaging or shipping costs.

*When using Mail Order home delivery, ask your doctor to write prescriptions for up to a 90-day supply when appropriate.

Ordering through Mail Order Service
Our Mail Order home delivery service is administered through the Medco Health Home Delivery Pharmacy Service™. Visit MyPharmacyPlus to find the information you’ll need to get started. You can set up your account and access the forms you’ll need to mail in your prescription. You can also ask your doctor to fax your prescription directly to Medco Health.

New Prescriptions
Each new prescription must be mailed or faxed directly to Medco Health.

  • Mail in your prescription
    Be sure to fill out the Medco Health Mail Order Home Delivery Form to send in with your prescription. You can print this form and request pre-printed envelopes through MyPharmacyPlus.
  • Your doctor can fax in your prescription
    You can ask your doctor to fax your prescription directly to Medco Health. He or she will need a Prescription Fax form, which you or your doctor can print from the Medco Health web site or by calling 1-888-327-9791.

Refill Prescriptions
Once you’ve set up your prescriptions, you can order quickly and easily.

  • Internet: Visit MyPharmacyPlus or the MedcoHealth web site. Be sure to have your member number and your prescription number handy.
  • Phone: Call the Mail Order Home Delivery Service Program at 1-800-391-9701.
